My name is Syed Khaja Ruknuddin. I am Masters in Computer Application(MCA). I am CCNA Data and Voice certified. I have 9 years of experience in Cisco Voice Network Administration over Cisco IPT, Collaboration, Contact Center, and HCS. Presently I am working with Tech Mahindra LTD as Network Voice Lead.
