I am applying for the Patient Administrator position at your Hospital and would like your consideration.

My education includes Masters’ degree in Hospital Administration, courses in medical terminology and I have worked in one of the top Multispecialty Hospital group in India for close to 4 years. I have knowledge of the function and relationships within a hospital environment, have great customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In my previous employment, I performed patient pre-admission, admission, transfers, and all discharge activities. This included collecting and validating all patients’ demographic and insurance information while obtaining any health, financial and religious information from patients at the time of admission. It was also my duty to prepare patient identification band and complete admission papers along with obtaining all signatures for financial responsibility and treatment procedures from patients or guardians.

One of my most important tasks was responding to patient concerns and inquiries professionally and maintaining a positive working relationship with patients, physicians, visitors, and hospital staff members. I am also able to interact with hospital administration staff in order to perform effective patient operations.
