Description

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Building strong relationship with customers and gaining understanding of their businesses to ensure that such needs are met.
Coordination with customer to organize the safe, efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods
Booking sub-contractors for import & export (Air & Sea) and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
Negotiate prices with logistic/shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure availing the best market rate
Planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles.
Planning routes for heavy vehicles and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries with minimum cost in all over the GCC
Utilize drivers productively to ensure timely delivery
Monitoring Salik, Darb, Aber and other tolls for heavy/light vehicles
Monitoring RTA fines & renewal of vehicles through RTA
