I was pleased to learn of your opening for a teaching assistant position at your school. From your job posting, I can tell you are looking for a candidate who is passionate to work closely with your teachers, doing whatever is necessary to make every class the best it can possibly be. In my current role I perform the following duties;

·         Help and support the classroom teacher in managing children’s behavior and modifying the learning environment.

·         Create and prepare materials for phonics and continuous provision that would suit the children’s needs.

·          Undertaking activities with the children to ensure their safety and facilitate their physical, emotional and educational development.

My initiative, exceptional organizational skills and ability to work to a diverse range of learners allow me to play a crucial role in fast-paced teaching environment.
