My name is Nazia Sanafer.I am a Commerce graduate with multilingual fluencies (English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Basic Arabic). I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Pre and Primary teaching on January 2021. Recently I have completed my Diploma in SEN(KHDA approved ) from National Academy, Dubai. I have experience working as classroom aide, and I love working with children diagnosed with special needs. I am a creative and intuitive mentor, always ready to go above and beyond to make sure that the students get the best out of each class. I am good at handling anything that comes my way, and my interpersonal skills help me deal with both students and parents easily. As a dedicated and motivated person, I feel I am perfect for this job. I also hold certification in basic firefighting training as per UAE civil defense.
My duties as a classroom aide were:
● Leading and guiding the teaching assistant’s team.
● Supervising a large group of learners on a daily basis, fully conducting class on days the teacher would be absent.
●Working with learners who need one on one attention and motivating them to do their work on time.
●Guiding and helping learners with special needs.
● Active participation in preparing a daily lesson plan, classroom games and role-plays.
●Handling problematic parents in the absence of the teacher.
● Creating interesting activities integrated with learning.
I am comfortable working independently and as a team. I strongly prioritize critical thinking and creativity, skills that I encourage in my assignments and Lesson plans, and take pride in tailoring everything that I create to the unique needs of each classroom. I love to sing and dance and make sure learners share their joy with me.
