 Complete responsibility of Detail Engineering to Independently handling over the project,
preparation of (MEP) Site Quantification, Bill of Quantities, Shop drawings, Material Submittal
of the project.
 Managing & planning of manpower utilization along with Supervisor, foreman & chargehand
for successfully achieving daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress.
 Raising Material Request for proper flow of work.
 Raising RFI, ROW for any changes happened in design or IFC or in site.
 Raising Work Inspection Request for after completion of installed service, including testing and
Final Fix.
 Giving MEP Clearance and AAR to Main contractors to proper flow of work.
 Submit Builders work request as per site changes.
 Knowledge of FAHU, AHU, FCU (Indoor & outdoor) installation along with Ducting Work.
 Execution of HVAC System (SAD, RAD, KED, TED, CPED, CMAD, SPED, etc..) for Riser & Retail in
accordance with approved drawing.
 Execution of Plumbing System (Drainage and Water Supply) such as SP, WP, VP, HDPE, BCWS,
HWS, HWR, etc.
 Knowledge of testing process of installed MEP Services.
 Knowledge of Kinetics Support installation (Rigid, Seismic Support)
 Familiar with Snagging Works (HVAC & Plumbing Services).
 Pre-commissioning works of Balancing – Flushing, Leak test, Vacuum test.
 Knowledge of brazing works for Indoor unit (IDU) to Outdoor Unit (ODU) through the Copper
(Cu) pipe connection.
