JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Associate / Cashier
• Perform customer service which is (greetings, approach, listening, product knowledge, selling techniques).
• Helping customers with purchase decisions.
• Responsible for providing fashion advice and style recommendations and helping them picking out for them, which match their preferences, styles, body type and budget as well.
• Handling cash register (operates in Rpro System & Oracle)
• Shop keeping and maintaining store standards
• Handling stockout and receiving deliveries
• Visual Merchandising
• Responsible in organize/arranging the backstore
• Managing Inventory
• Efficiently manage emails, telephone calls in a professional manner.

Asst Registration (Admin Asst.)
• Checking and comparing the exact barcode of each item from the actual list and online.
• Collecting sample of the product and sending to Dubai Laboratory for the certificates.

Admin Clerk/Recruitment Officer
• Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
• Getting vacancy details from employers
• Responsible to check and response emails from the clients.
• Screening and short-listing candidates suited/qualified applicants for employers’ interview

• Filing and process the overseas employment certificate of the applicants to POEA.
• Responsible for applicant’s orientation for their pre-departure.
• Responsible to keep the records of all deployed applicants, original Manpower Request/ Job Oder, Contract from the clients and the original documents of those selected applicants.
• Monitor and follow up the result of medical examination of the applicants to their clinic
• Encode and updates the CVs and attached certificates of the applicant into database.

Proctor – Computer Laboratory
• Demonstrating and giving proper instructions to the students/users. To assist them on how to navigate the software.
• To fix the technical problem in the computer.
• Coordinating with the Deans and Professors, entertaining the outsiders/visitors of the school.
• Maintaining the accessibility and accuracy of the company.
• Preparing the reports such as: (Evaluation report, Inventory reports & school report using MS Excel)
• As a team leader of all proctors; supervise the task of team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• To train the new employee/proctor.
