Greeting incoming customers.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Provide product and service information to customer.
Setting sales goals and developing sales targets.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone ,by email,and in person to make sales.
Meeting daily,weekly,monthly sales targets.
participating in sales team meetings.
Management and resolve customer complaint.
Research requires information using available resources.
Research, identify and resolve complaint using applicable software.
Maintain composure and patience in face of difficult customer situation.
Seize opportunities to upsell products or services when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow up Customer calls where necessary.
Complete call logs and reports.
