▪ Sociological Research Methods

Full semester research project carried out using quantitative and qualitative methods, sampling, coding and data analysis. Sociological theories provided the necessary tools to better understand and analyze the importance of human behaviours and interactions in shaping the workplace.

Examined labour relations, and the experiences of individuals of diverse backgrounds at the workplace through theoretical frameworks to better understand the challenges and resolutions of the labour force.

▪ Created and facilitated two complete HR training modules for rollout to company counterparts across MEA region.
