Roles and Responsibilities

• Sterilization, media preparation, culturing of microorganisms and decantation, maintaining strict hygienic conditions in factory, processing area, filling area and in the laboratory.
• All tests are done according to BIS regulations, based on methods recommended under IS 14543: 2016.
• Treatment processes include: Pressure sand filter, Carbon filter, pre – filters (membrane filters of 10 and 20 micron), Ultra filtration, UV lamp and Ozonisation.
• Testing Chemical parameters like pH, TDS, Chloride, Alkalinity, Turbidity, Sulphate, Iodide daily and Nitrate, Nitrite, Sulphite, Calcium, Magnesium and Aluminium weekly.
