Overview

Responsibilities:

Diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders of female genital, urinary, and rectal organs
Examines patient to determine medical problem, utilizing physical findings, diagnostic images, laboratory test results, and patient’s statements as diagnostic aids.
Discusses problems with the patient, and prescribes medication and exercise or hygiene regimen, or performs surgery as needed to correct malfunctions or remove the diseased organ.
Undertake various specialized functions such as laparoscopy, invasive access procedures, etc.
Care for and advice patient throughout pregnancy
Deliver babies either through normal delivery or caesarian section handling emergencies.
Take rounds of the ward/ICU to check on the patient’s progress.
Any other functions as specified in the credentialing and privileges.
Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
Provide care education to patients

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist with a DHA eligibility letter or active License to join Zulekha Hospital, Dubai.

Desired Candidate Profile

Extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of women’s diseases
▪ Vast experience in performing gynecologic surgeries and obstetrics procedures, including diagnostic and emergency procedures
▪ Well experienced in performing normal vaginal, instrumental deliveries, diagnostic laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and abdominal hysterectomy
▪ Well versed with family planning methods
▪ Experience in anchoring medical conferences and paper presentations
