1. Job Responsibilities

Sale and Purchase of foreign currencies.
Accept cash for remittances (Xpress Products and Bank Products).
Accepting credit card payment and prepaid top-up for du, Etisalat, and mobile providers of other countries.
Exercised due diligence in processes related to customer transactions to ensure risk mitigation and adherence to relevant AML procedures and KYC initiatives.
Handled marketing and cross-selling of finance products (Xpress Products, WPS payroll, Money exchange, TT etc.)

2. Education

Graduate degree.

3. Experience

1 -2 years of experience as a cashier/teller/counter staff.

4. Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail.
Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
