Overview

1. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for generating new business profit from new and existing clients.
Enable the team to identify, qualify prospect and develop a sales pipeline.
Provide guidance and support to team members to enable them to convert prospects to clients along the sales pipeline.
Implement training sessions to improve and reinforce sales techniques – ACTIVE LISTENING, IDENTIFYING BUYING SIGNALS, OBJECTION HANDLING, PRICE DISCOVERY, CLOSING TECHINIQUES.
Collaborate with HR to create and implement successful 3-month induction plan for new joiners.
Training of new joiners from orientation to understand the FX market and FX services which could be provided to businesses in order to sustain a risk averse foreign currency remittance procedures.
Hold weekly sales/dealer pipe-line meetings with the team to monitor and assess KPIs and Month End performance.
Work with and motivate the team to successfully convert prospects to their final stages to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
Attending regular sales meetings with prospects to convert them as clients to maximize new business profit and provide constructive feedback to the salesman/dealer.

2. Education

Graduate degree in Sales/Administration/Finance.

3. Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales.

4. Competencies

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Leadership skills.
Solid knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of current practices in foreign markets.
Demonstrated strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail.
Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
Excellent consultative and analytical skills.
