Source and liaise with recruitment portals to facilitate ongoing recruitment requirements.

Conduct ongoing review of the recruitment requirement to ensure facilitating recruitment as per agreed timeframes.

Shortlisting & Selection Process:

Shortlist of candidates of job roles in line with the position criteria to facilitate recruitment requirements.

Conduct telephonic interviews and invite shortlisted candidates for personal interviews.

Coordinate for panel interview inline process.

Coordinate with the shortlisted candidate for acceptance of an offer to initiate the offer issuance process.

Conduct candidate reference checks for the shortlisted candidates to ensure process compliance.

Coordinate with the candidate to issue an offer and collect the required documents for the employment visa/labor card issuance.

Coordinate with the visa services department for processing of employee legal regularization.

Documentation & Records:

Compile and file documents for shortlisted candidates in accord with the policy and procedure.

Keep records of all documentation submitted visa services section for the visa process and ensure appropriate handover of documents to the onboarding team.
