This position is for NFPC – Warehouse

JOB PURPOSE

warehouse storekeeper oversees general operations and activities, including shipment and taking deliveries, conducting stock checks, recording warehouse transactions, storage of inventory, and guaranteeing the safe and efficient operation of the material handling equipment in a warehouse.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all the inbound shipment are physically checked (Temperature, Quality, Quantity, Items, Packing Dimensions, etc.) before receiving in the system.
Check, Receive and Inspect all incoming materials with a packing list, escalate if any damages and discrepancies on shipment received to Purchasing Department & Quality Department.
Check for damages/shortages and move to damage location and make a damage report along with photographs and send to all departments with damage notification.
Monitor Inbound shipment temperature for Dry, Chilled, and Freezer as per company policies, HACCP Guidelines & procedures.
Initiating and performing weekly & monthly stock counts,
Report any non-conformance for any inbound to top management to hold the stock in SSE till final Decision is being taken by Management
Responsible for 100% accuracy of the items being received in the system.
Daily Inbound & outbound reports to core department.
Daily Checks of Customer & RDC Returns, record & Communication to concerned Departments.
Complete system transaction (SSE & JD) and cross Verification for Inbound and outbound on daily basis.
Achieve inventory accuracy on 99% or above throughout the year.
Any other related duties/projects assigned by the supervisor to meet business requirements.
Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Daily Checks of Customer & RDC Returns, record & Communication to concerned Departments.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Graduate degree
Good communication skills in English
Strong Computer skills with System Knowledge
Minimum 2 years experience working in Warehouse
