This position is for NFPC Mega Plant – KIZAD Abu Dhabi
JOB PURPOSE
The position holder is responsible for operating the reconstituted milk mixing operations (All Milk & Flavored SKU& rsquo s) in the processing section. The position holder should have the knowledge to operate the automated mixing through HMI system & standardize the final product with approved parameters.
Minimize the risk of product contamination.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Operation of UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tank Operation.
· Verify Pre-check list, Post Check list on daily basis. Any deviation to be notified to the Production Supervisor & Maintenance Department.
· Monitor UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tanks frequently (every 30 mins) & document it.
· During UHT Treatment, if any abnormalities would affect product safety, immediate decision has to be taken to temporarily stop the production and inform to supervisor for further action.
· Follow Sop instructions of UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tank Treatment process.
· Ensure CIP Operation as per the production sop.
· Compliance with Health & Safety & Personal Hygiene.
· Follow HACCP, GMP procedures.
Skills & Qualifications Required
– Bachelor of Dairy Technology.
– 2-5 years experience in Dairy & Juice Plant.
