Job Purpose
The position holder is responsible to support Machine Operator to run machine, Loading unloading material to the machine and cleaning factory area as per instruction of Foreman/Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the pre-start-up of the machine with Machine Operator.
Prepared the cartons for the production.
Arrange the finished goods in order.
Keep the operating area clean and free from obstacles.
Loading, cleaning, and general work as and when required.
Learn to operate and run the machine along with the Machine Operator.
Make sure the quality products are packed inside the cartons.
Assist the Operator for packing and scrap clearance etc.
Clean the machine area by the closing of the shift for good housekeeping.
Ensure all safety standards are followed with Foreman/Supervisor consultation.
Work in the scrap grinding, packing, and weighing.
Skills & Qualifications Required.
Higher Secondary Certificate or Higher Educational Qualifications
1-2 years of experience preferably in FMCG
Good communication skills in English
