This position is for NFPC Corporate Office Dubai – Supply Chain
JOB PURPOSE
The main deliverable of this role is to ensure stock availability for Clients [Oman & Exports] to fulfill their Sales Orders On Time in Full. The methodology used by the Client Servicing Coordinator is systematic and requires close coordination between Clients i.e. Sales Managers (Export & Oman), Supply Chain, Demand Planners, Warehouse(s), Export Admin & Logistics teams. The position is aimed to give efficient service to the client at lowest total supply chain cost by efficient communication & coordination, optimizing dispatch load planning in vehicles to service orders & optimizing regulatory documentation expenses for dispatches to Oman & Exports.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Servicing Coordinator performs key activities in the Customer Service Operations process
Sales Order Processing.
Dispatch Coordination Process with Customers, Export Documentation Division, Warehouse(s) & Logistics.
Address Clients complaints & queries on Quality & Service issues.
Process Clients complaints with regards to service & quality issues & issue response.
Manage exceptions within the delivery pipelines & escalate Head of Department for resolution.
Receive Sales Orders from for Fresh & Ambient products from Oman and Exports.
Ensure Supply on time to fulfil the Sales Order within the order to delivery timelines.
Report KPIs – On-Time in Full [OTIF %] for Oman & Exports.
Report Transit Times & TAT (Hours) for Oman Shipments.
Recording of stock for expiry management & distribution transactions for finished goods as well as company assets like crates & pallets.
Build Compliance tracking with warehousing including and reporting:
Perform analytical activities & present KPIs like On-Time in Full [OTIF %], Vehicle Transit Times (Hours) & Turnaround Times (Hours) for outbound shipments.
13.1 CFR Reason codes alignment, execution, and tracking.
13.2 Tracking the use of FEFO with warehousing team.
13.3 Participate in the implementation of the WMS – RFGen to track warehouse capacities and utilization, palletization tracking, automated warehouse inventory monitoring & tracking.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
University Degree / Higher Educational Qualification with a background in Business Management Logistics or Fleet / Warehousing Operations
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Supply chain operations across the MENA Region preferably cold chains with varying manufacturing sites
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI, with good communication and presentation skills
Intermediate Knowledge and technical proficiency in Numerical Analysis with preferred hands on experience in KPI Reporting, ERP Order to Cash Planning Processes & Master Data Management Processes
