ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate shall be filing, updating, and maintaining employee records.

Assisting in the end to end company recruitment process.

To deal with employee requests related to human resource issues raised.

Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager such as printing, scanning, faxing.

Preparing and implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future company operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Only candidates ranging form 25–30 years old required to apply.
  • Should be with a bachelor’s degree of Psychology from a reputed University.
  • Must be with basic knowledge of UAE labor laws.
  • The applicant must be familiar with the visa application process.
  • Preferred candidates with at least proven 1-year of experience in the Human Resource Department.
  • I should have good planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
