JD for IT Service Desk Support:

1. 2 Service Desk Engineers
2. English speaking Male / Female candidates
3. Any nationality, available to join immediately
4. Min. 4 years of experience on IT service desk
5. Service desk tool (knowledge/experience) – Any
6. ITIL knowledge preferred
7. Microsoft certifications – not mandatory
8. Experience in providing first-level tech support in hardware and desktop support
9. Good exposure to mobiles OS (Android and iOS)
10. Configurations of VMware EMM, troubleshoot & set-up
