Seniority Level – Mid-Senior level Industry – Insurance Employment Type – Full-time Job Functions – Sales We are a leading insurance broker based in Dubai, is looking for a Business Development Manager/ Business development executives. The position entails the following responsibilities: · Identifying prospects through various sales channels · Prospecting and selling Medical, Motor, Marine and General Business Insurance · Handling existing portfolios mainly in General Business · Visiting potential clients · Designing adequate covers and providing appropriate consultations · Generating and servicing new accounts · Managing portfolio renewals and establishing a relationship with customers · Following up for collection of payment

Skills & Qualifications
The potential candidates for this role should have: · A bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent · Sales experience in General Insurance: 3 to 4 years · Good command of English and/or Arabic · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · UAE Driving License (Additional Advantage)
