Expected set of responsibilities

• Work with the kitchen Executive Chef to further develop food quality, administration, tidiness, merchandising and advancements.

• Train, oversee, direction and discipline Culinary partners for the productive activity of the power source.

• Organize and direct pre-shift and departmental gatherings imparting appropriate data to the staff, for example, house count and menu changes.

• Schedule and direct staff in their work tasks with the help of his Chef de Partie.

• Interact emphatically with clients advancing inn offices and administrations.

• Resolve issues as per the general inclination of involved gatherings.

• Organize unique occasions in the café like advancements, gatherings with the help of his Chef de Partie.

• Maintain interchanges with all offices to guarantee client care needs are met.

• Develop, execute, and change menu things dependent upon the situation

Wanted Candidate Profile

– Must have insight in International/Italian cooking

– Should have related knowledge as a Sous Chef

– Candidate should be familiar with the English
