The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for solely managing the Retail HR activities inclusive of staff motivation, staff engagement, set and lead performance appraisal, define training plan and execution, reviews and adapt SOP’s, controlling annual leaves, respect of internal P&P. He is also in charge of external company management (security, cleaning, …)He is building needed indicators to support the Branch Managers, Area Managers, and Operation Director. He is ensuring the best in-store organization and staff schedule.He/ She will travel to every store to ensure the similar standards are maintained across all branches. He is directly reporting to the Operation Director and functionally to the Head of H.R.Previous experience as HR Manager in Hypermarket Store is a must.
