Overview

1. Job Responsibilities

Research and analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
Maintain an up to date marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective while monitoring marketing and sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
Organize and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media channels (social, print etc.).
Overseeing that all branches are provided with up to date marketing materials.
Coordinating with designers to assure that all marketing material is based on the template provided.
Communicating with branch fit-out companies in order to ensure that all requirements for the branch is met in terms of layout and design.
Monitoring and updating relevant marketing content to all social media channels for divisions of Delma Exchange.

2. Education

Graduate degree in Marketing.

3. Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.

4. Competencies

Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and graphic designing software (e.g. Photoshop/Illustrator).
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
