Overview
SALES & OPERATIONS COORDINATION
Consolidate and communicate reports from LM customers ( 20 accounts).
Update sales reports and adjust the phasing plan.
Prepare monthly recap for sales updates to be shared with internal stakeholders.
Grey Market monitoring – GMR implementation, monthly reports from agents to be shared with the logistic department in HQ, non-authorized retailers follow up.
With a special focus on the below tasks:
Sales analysis
Follow-up of Out Of Stocks/ Low Stocks items.
Prioritize the orders when needed in coordination with our logistic coordinator.
Monitor and share analysis of sales and stock coverage by SKU with distributors.
Assist in servicing distributors’ daily needs.
Prepare sales reports presentation for retailers’ and agents’ meetings with relevant graphs and analysis.
Ensure smooth implementation of incentives/trade animations in coordination with the marketing team.
Highlight any divergence Vs. Agreed sales forecasts and marketing plan.
Monthly doors assessment follow-up.
What you’ll need to succeed.
Based in the UAE currently and have ME market experience.
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management or Equivalent.
Relevant Internships/international experience.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Ability to handle several simultaneous tasks, ability to manage priorities.
Business-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
